Flights

I will be taking you on a train trip from Washington DC Union Station to New York Penn Station. The train you will be traveling on is the North East Regional. The date you will depart from Washington is the 3/6/14 and the time you will have to arrive at the Train Station is 2.20pm.       .

You will be traveling in second class on a one-way ticket to New York. At the station they will check your tickets, remember to arrive 1 hour before departure. Security will take your luggage and scan it. You will then go through to the platform but remember, your hand luggage has to be small so it can fit in the overhead storage racks.

You are also able to use your cell phone throughout your trip. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 6.30 pm. Do not forget to pick up your luggage once you get to your destination.

The cost of all this is only $117.19 for a family of four.

After four days in new York you  will be boarding a flight from JFK Airport to Oklahoma City Airport. The airline you will be flying on is American Airlines and your flight number is AA305, and the date you will depart from New York is the 7/6/14. Remember the time you need to arrive at the airport is 2.30 pm.

You will be flying in economy class on a one way flight to Oklahoma. In customs they will check your passports and tickets. Remember to arrive two hours before departure. Airport security will take your luggage and scan it. You will then go through to duty free where you can buy items and you won't get taxed. Your hand luggage has to be a small bag because the airport has strict weight restrictions of 20 kg.

Remember to turn your cell phones and other electronic devices either off or onto flight mode before the plane takes off. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 9.50am.Don’t forget to pick up your luggage once you get off the plane. There is no return flight. The cost of all this is only $1,140.00. NZ.
