Restaurants

The restaurants I visited were the three devine Delmonicos, PJ Chaltones and the Breslin. I am going to write about the mouth watering Delmonico's Restaurant. Delmonicos address is 56 Beaver Street New York.The tasty restaurant is only 13 km from my hotel.The award winning restaurant  is located down town New York, just a short walk from the harbour.

Delmonicos was established in 1837 and was america's first restaurant. It has also won the Michelin Award 2006. This is an Italian themed restaurant with amazing artistic circular patterns on the walls and very clean classic wooden tables.

The appetizing entree I chose out of a  variety was roasted red snapper with a creamy sauce spread over it. With the first bite I took, invigorating flavors burst in my mouth. I also chose the tender, tenderloin steak to die for, with perfect texture and sprinkled lightly with salt and pepper and a crispy salad on the side. I decided on the delicious, delectable oven baked cheese cake with rich, raspberry flavours and luscious colours that gave me an invitation to enjoy this dessert.

I think Delmonicos is a great restaurant because it has fantastic quality food and sensational service, so you won't be waiting long for the chef to call “order up!” I give this restaurant 10 out of 10 and the cost of all of this is only $94.00 NZD.
